As the Senior Copywriter for Huntington National Bank, I produced action-inducing, user-centered copy that clearly communicated the value of Huntington’s financial products and services, contributing to a 30% revenue increase from 2021. I specialized in developing powerful concepts and executing campaigns across a variety of channels that pushed the brand forward and strengthened connections with the consumer.

Pitches and Strategic Insights

Standby Cash is a banking feature in which Huntington customers can qualify for a digital-only $100 to $1,000 line of credit based primarily on their checking deposit history. The bank positions this additional cash as a quick fix to unplanned expenses when money is tight like a flat tire, cracked phone screen, and more. 

I developed the "Short-on-cash Questions" nomenclature to display relatable situations in which Standby Cash would be most beneficial to highlight its value.
