Thrive is Sword Health’s flagship AI pain care solution, designed to help members address

persistent back, joint, and muscle pain with 1:1 support from a dedicated Physical Therapist.

Thrive members can treat pain in many parts of their body, including back, shoulder, ankle,

hip, knee and more. We send members a Thrive Kit when they enroll, which contains a

proprietary tablet with computer vision technology that guides the exercises their Physical

Therapist has prescribed to them to reduce the pain in whatever area of the body they

choose.

Thrive is available via employers and health plans that Sword Health has relationships with

(our Clients). These Clients pay for the benefit on behalf of the employee or it’s included as

part of your health insurance benefits (no incremental cost or co-pays). We communicate

directly to employees and spouses of our Clients leveraging an eligibility file (email, home

address, etc) file supplied by our Clients.
